A fix has been implemented and we're monitoring the results.
We're continuing to investigate the issue. We are coordinating with our email provider.
We've identified that the issue is related to link click tracking, related to our downstream provider. We've temporarily disabled click tracking, which fixes the issue on a go-forward basis. But users who received links with click tracking built in are still seeing an error. Meanwhile, we've escalated the issue to our email provider, and are waiting for a resolution.
We are investigating an issue where links from emails are not working correctly. Reward redemptions are experiencing a partial outage right now. Our current hypothesis is that this is related to a service issue with a downstream email provider.
We've deployed a fix, and www.tremendous.com is back up.
Specific pages within of the Tremendous marketing site (specifically, the Tremendous homepage at www.tremendous.com) are returning 404s. Actual Tremendous apps, like the Tremendous dashboard, reward redemptions, the API, are all unimpacted. Engineers are investigating a fix.
We've identified an issue where background processing queues are backed up due to high site activity. We're investigating a fix, and queues are already returning to normal levels.
